How to Request Changes

  • Immediate Action Required: To modify or cancel your order within the 6-hour window, please email us at [email protected] or reply directly to the order confirmation email you received from us. Include your order number and the specific changes you wish to make.
  • Confirmation: We will confirm via email once your cancellation or modification has been processed.

Modified Order Processing

  • Reset Processing Times: If your order is modified, the production and shipping timelines will reset from the date we confirm the changes, not from the original order date.

Late Modification Attempts

  • Post-Window Requests: If you miss the 6-hour window, you can still contact us for help. However, if your order has already been processed (typically within 24 hours from ordering), we may not be able to make any changes.
